How Does the New Bing Chatbot Compare to Jasper AI
Bing vs Jasper AI
Both Bing chatbot and Jasper AI are AI chatbots that use GPT language models to create human-like copy and content. Bing chatbot uses GPT-4 while Jasper AI uses GPT-3. Jasper AI also offers a ChatGPT alternative called “Jasper Chat” that works like a chatbot.
The New Bing
Microsoft has launched a new AI-powered Bing search engine and Edge browser that delivers better search, more complete answers, a new chat experience and the ability to generate content. The new Bing offers you reliable, up-to-date results – and complete answers to your questions. With this set of AI-powered features, you can ask your actual question and when you ask complex questions, Bing gives you detailed replies. You can also chat with Bing in natural language.
Bing Image Generator
Bing’s image generator feature is a tool that allows you to
create images from words using AI. It generates AI images based on your text
prompt. To use Bing’s built-in image generator, you need a Microsoft account.
Once you’re signed in, specify a text prompt and click on the “Create now”
button to generate 4 images closely matching the prompt. You can download the
generated image as a PNG file, but only in 512 pixels width. Bing’s image
generator is powered by DALL-E image generator technology developed by OpenAI.
You can access the Image Creator feature by navigating to
the Bing Images tab and clicking on “Image Creator” or the Image Creator icon
in the sidebar in Microsoft Edge. The feature is currently being rolled out in
select geographies, and a limited preview will be available soon.
Current Limitation of Bing
Microsoft has limited the length of conversations with its
AI-driven Bing chatbot to 50 turns per day. Each chat turn is a conversation
exchange comprised of your question and Bing’s response. If users hit the
five-per-session limit, Bing will prompt them to start a new topic to avoid
long back-and-forth chat sessions.
Conclusion
Bing is now more than just a search engine. It is also a powerful platform for generative AI, the technology that can create new content from existing data. Bing can leverage its vast and diverse data sources, such as web pages, images, videos, news articles, and more, to generate high-quality and relevant content for various purposes and domains. For example, Bing can generate summaries, captions, headlines, stories, poems, lyrics, code, essays, and even images based on user queries or keywords. Bing can also help users improve their own content by providing suggestions, feedback, and optimization tools.
Bing's generative AI capabilities will be a game changer for the market, as it will offer a unique value proposition for both consumers and businesses. Consumers will benefit from having access to a rich and personalized assistant that can cater to their needs and preferences. Businesses will benefit from having a cost-effective and scalable way to create and enhance their content for marketing, education, research, and other applications. Bing will also create new opportunities for collaboration and innovation among different stakeholders in the generative AI ecosystem.
Microsoft has not yet revealed its business model for Bing's
generative AI services, but it will likely involve a combination of
subscription fees, advertising revenue, and data licensing. Microsoft will have
to balance its own interests with those of its users and partners, as well as
address the ethical and legal challenges that may arise from the use of
generative AI. However, given Microsoft's track record of delivering innovative
and reliable solutions for the cloud computing market, it is expected that Bing
will be able to establish itself as a leader and a pioneer in the generative AI
market.
